We are a team of highly trained, licensed, and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

Our Therapists assist children in achieving greater independence and participation in their lives by working closely with parents and caregivers to develop successful strategies and exercises that improve their overall function. We provide our services in your child’s natural environment, which is not only more convenient for parents and caregivers, but allows for more functional and meaningful sessions.

All of our Speech-Language Pathologists are licensed in North Carolina as well as certified therapists with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Our Physical and Occupational Therapists are also licensed by the NC Boards of their specialty area.

We are in-network with most major insurance companies including NC Medicaid, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna (ST only), MedCost and Tricare.

Each child is different and has different needs. Our therapists evaluate every child and meet them where they are currently.

We develop goals with you and any other caregivers you choose to include in the process. From there, we use a combination of direct therapy techniques and caregiver education to help the child ACHIEVE those goals and to improve his/her everyday life. Our therapists maintain open communication with parents and teachers to foster a team relationship to best serve the child.

What We Offer

We work with pediatric patients in their natural environments, providing speech, physical and occupational therapies.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Therapists are trained to assist children in the development of speech and language so that they can become effective communicators, as well as treat children with feeding disorders due to oral motor, swallowing, or sensory issues. All Speech Therapists are licensed in North Carolina as well as certified therapists with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists are trained to help children maximize their strength, movement, coordination, balance, and range of motion to help them achieve a higher level of functional independence within their environments and when interacting with others. They work to help children become active participants within their environments. All Physical Therapists are licensed by the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists are trained to help children perform to their maximum potential during everyday life activities. Our Therapists focus on achieving functional independence in the child’s natural environment, and help families facilitate opportunities for success during play and activities of self-help. All Occupational Therapists are licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.

Match with a Therapist

If we are able to accommodate your need, we will send you forms to complete and return. Then we will get to work on our end verifying insurance and getting physician orders.

Initial Evaluation

The therapist will schedule and complete a full evaluation to determine whether or not therapy services are recommended.

If therapy is recommended, the therapist will communicate the testing results and discuss goals and expectations.

Begin Therapy Service

Once any necessary insurance authorizations are received, your child will receive therapy services in his/her natural environment. If parents/caregivers aren’t present during therapy sessions, regular communications are maintained to ensure progress and carryover.
